§ The Problem
Deploying AI agents without accountability is handing a loaded weapon with no safety mechanism and no license to anyone who asks.

Millions of autonomous AI agents are operating across financial systems, healthcare platforms, democratic institutions, and social infrastructure today. When one causes harm — and they do — the trail goes cold. The agent has no identity. The responsible party has no name. Software has no birth certificate. An AI agent has no passport. This ends now.

Every filing is built
on three atomic truths.

01 / 03

Cryptographic Hash

The exact mathematical fingerprint of the software or agent. Immutable proof of what it is. No two codebases produce the same hash. Any modification produces a different one.

02 / 03

Identity Signature

The private key signature of the responsible party. Immutable proof of who filed it. Pseudonymous or verified. The chain of responsibility is permanent and unchallengeable.

03 / 03

Behavioral Fingerprint

A structured mathematical representation of the agent's nature and intent. Derived entirely on the developer's machine. Never the code itself. Verified by Zero Knowledge Proof.

§ How It Works

Simple for the developer.
Impossible to fake.

01

Build your software

Work the way you always work. Any language, any framework, any tool. OpenAIIS does not interfere with your development process.

02

Run the Local Tool

The open source OpenAIIS Local Tool runs entirely on your machine. It analyzes your code, generates the Behavioral Fingerprint, and creates a Zero Knowledge Proof. Your code never leaves your machine.

03

File your registration

Submit the hash, your identity signature, and the Behavioral Fingerprint to the network. Nodes worldwide verify and record it. The filing is permanent within minutes.

04

Receive your Identity Pass

Your software or agent now carries a permanently verifiable identity. Anyone can query it. Nobody can erase it. Your authorship is mathematically permanent.

§ Why Now

The accountability vacuum
is already causing harm.

🗳

Election Manipulation

Autonomous agents are deployed to influence democratic processes. No identity. No accountability. No recourse.

📈

Market Manipulation

AI agents execute coordinated market strategies at machine speed. When markets crash, the responsible party is invisible.

🌐

Disinformation Networks

Swarms of agents manufacture and amplify false narratives. The trail goes cold before any investigation begins.

🔒

Identity Fraud

Fraudulent agents impersonate legitimate services. Without a verification layer, there is no way to distinguish real from fake.

§ The Vision
"I want to try — that in the future both AI and Human coexist in harmony, and my children live without fear."

OpenAIIS has no revenue model. It needs no revenue model. It is infrastructure — like the foundational protocols of the internet itself. Nobody owns it. Nobody profits from it. Nobody controls it. It exists because the world needs it to exist. Run a node. File your work. Help build the accountability layer the world needs.
